General Information

In 2022, I graduated from the University of Groningen with a degree in Computing Science. During my studies, I focused primarily on Visual Computing and Intelligent Systems. I also participated in the honors program High-Tech Systems and Materials and expanded my curriculum with the master’s track Science, Business & Policy. Concluding my student life at the Humboldt University of Berlin, I took part in an exchange program.

Following my graduation, I merged my interest in information technology with policy and business operations by joining the Rijks I-Traineeship. Here, I worked as a policy advisor at the National Archives, the Senate of the States General, and the Ministry of General Affairs. Currently, I serve as the National Coordinator for the Single Digital Gateway at the Digital Government department of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.

Interests and Activities

Apart from my studies and professional endeavors, I enjoy challenging myself with projects in the field of computer technology. This includes software development, adapting systems for deploying my software, and engaging in other creative digital work, particularly in graphics. Furthermore, I enjoy reading, particularly Flemish bandes dessinées and biographies. Gaston Lagaffe by Franquin and Napoleon: A Life by Andrew Roberts are recommended reading.
